摘要: 提出了一种新型水辅共注成型工艺,并针对其成型过程的特点,采用体积加权平均的指导思想,建立了描述水辅共注成型充模流动过程的全三维、纯黏性、瞬态、非等温理论模型,并基于这一理论模型,通过有限元数值模拟,开展了水辅共注成型过程的数值模拟研究,并研究了熔体注射温度对水辅共注成型过程的影响规律,结果表明:注水温度对芯层的穿透深度和宽度基本没有影响,而水的穿透深度随着注水温度增加而增加,还基于流变学理论,揭示了其影响机理。

Abstract: A novel water-assisted c。一injection molding technology was developed,a three-dimensional,unsteady, non-isothermal theoretical model was formulated using volume weighted average ideas. Based on the model,finite clement numerical simulation was carried out to explore the effect of injection temperature on the process of water-assisted co-injection molding. It showed that the core melt pcnctrating depth and width were not affected by water injection temperature. However, the water penetrating depth increased with increasing water injection temperature. The effecting mechanism was discussed based on rhcological theories.
