摘要: 为研究注塑过程模拟技术捕助模具概念设计和工艺设计结合实例分析了 CAE在概念设计阶段的作用,及其进行模具流道系统和冷却系统设计方案的评估和优化的途径,提出了在模具概念设计阶段利用CAE技术捕助助塑工艺设计的方法。结果表明,该方法可以在模具概念设计阶段有效顶测填充模式的合理性、预测特定模具结构及其注塑材料注射成型可能存在的缺陷、确定合理的排气槽位置、对冷却系统的布局和设计合理性进行评价等,是缩短模具开发周期、提高设计品质的有效措施。

Abstract: n order to investigate the application of numerical simulation in the mould conceptual design and process determination for the plastic injection process, the role and technical routine of computer aided engineering(CAE)in plastic injection mould design and related process planning was discussed based on a practical case. The assessment and optimization method of this technique for flow runner and cooling system design were introduced. The approach of using CAE technique for injection plan design during mould design stage is presented. It showed that this method could effectively predict the rationality of filling pattern and the potential defects caused by the improper mold design and injection process,determine air trap location,configure the cooling system and evaluate its rationality, and thus an effective way to shorten mould design cycle and improve mould design quality.
