摘要: 介绍了打印机边盖的注塑模具设计,该模具的特点是有多处侧凹及侧孔,需要内、外侧向分型抽芯,在满足结构要求的前提下尽可能简化设计和加工。结合模流分析结果进行了浇注系统和冷却设计,保证产品有合理的外观质量及平整度。该制品已经批量生产,模具工作可靠,并可为同类产品的模具设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Injection mold design for side cover of printer was introduced in this paper. There are many lateral concaves and bores in the part, so the inner and outer lateral openings should be applied in this mold structure. Under the premise to meet the requirement of configuration, the design simplified as far as possible. The Moldflow analysis was introduced to designs of runner and cooling systems so as to ensure the appearance quality and surface level. The designed mold was produced in batch and worked well, and thus provided a reference to similar plastic parts mold design.
