聚硅氧烷微粉阻燃剂的制备与应用

摘要: 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMOS)、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷(DMODPS)和甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMOS)为原料,采用水解缩合法制备聚硅氧烷阻燃剂。结果表明,在TEOS/Si1/6R/Si0.9Ph/R0.75时,制备了一种性能优良的聚硅氧烷阻燃剂微粉。在加入5 %(质量分数,下同)该阻燃剂后,聚碳酸酯的极限氧指数从26 %增加到了35.5 %

Abstract: Polysiloxane flame retardants were synthesized through co-hydrolysis condensation reaction using tetraethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilicone, diphenyldimethoxysilane, and methyltrimethoxysilane as the starting materials. Taking the weight ratios of TEOS/Si, R-Si, and Ph-R as 0.17, 0.9, and 0.75, respectively, the product was used in polycarbonate at 5 wt%, the LOI was increased from 26 to 35.5.
