摘要: 以4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和聚四氢呋喃聚醚(PTMG)为原料合成聚氨酯(PU)预聚体,与三官能度聚醚多元醇和不同醇类扩链剂制备PU弹性体。通过差示扫描量热仪、热失重分析仪和动态力学分析仪表征了PU弹性体的热性能和动态性能,并测试了其力学性能。探讨了醇类扩链剂亚甲基团数目的变化对其性能的影响。结果表明,随着醇类扩链剂分子链长度的增加,软段玻璃化转变温度和滞后损失降低,热稳定性和动态性能提高,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和硬度均有所增加。

Abstract: A Polyurethane (PU) prepolymer was synthesized from 4,4 '- diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG), from which PU elastomers were prepared with three-functional polyether polyols(330N) and different types of alcohol chain extender. Thermal and dynamic performance of the PU elastomers were characterized through DSC, TGA, DMTA, and mechanical properties testing. The effect of the number of methylene groups of alcohol chain extender on properties of PU elastomer was studied. It showed that the Tg and tanδ decreased, thermal stability and dynamic performance were enhanced ,tensile strength, elongation at break and hardness increased with increasing length of the alcohol chain extender.
