再制造视域下的注塑模具可拆卸性设计综合评价算法

Injection Mold Design for Disassembly Evaluation Algorithm Under Remanufacturing Perspective

摘要: 根据注塑模具再制造要求,构建了模具可拆卸性设计评价指标体系,并对各单一指标进行了定量描述。研究了模具零部件可修复性评价的工作过程和各个评价指标之间的关联度和相互作用状态,采用指标关联度矩阵和数学图论中的有向图,构建了基于积和式的模具可拆卸性设计评价算法模型。以一个注塑模具设计为实例,检验了评价算法的正确性。

Abstract: According to the requirement of injection mold remanufacturing, an evaluation system for mold disassembly was established, and each single factor was quantitatively described. Having studied the evaluation process of the molded parts and researched the correlation and interaction among various factors, based on the correlation matrix of indicators and mathematical graph theory, an evaluation algorithm model of mold disassembly design was established. Taking an injection mold design as an example, the validity of the evaluation algorithm was examined.
