环境友好型阻燃剂的合成及性能研究

Synthesis and Properties of Environmentally-friendly Flame Retardant

摘要: 通过二苯氧基磷酰氯和间苯二甲胺反应,合成了(N,N′-\[1,3对苯二亚甲基(亚甲基)\]二氨基磷酸)P,P,P′,P′四苯基酯)(PNBE)磷氮阻燃剂。利用元素分析(EA)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)确定了目标化合物的结构。利用热失重分析、锥形量热仪、极限氧指数仪以及扫描电子显微镜等研究了PNBE磷氮阻燃剂对环氧树脂的阻燃性能,并初步研究了其机理。结果表明,自制PNBE阻燃剂对环氧树脂具有较好的阻燃性,25 %添加量可使其极限氧指数达到31.8 %,阻燃级别达到V-0级,其阻燃机理为凝固相和气相协同阻燃机理,以凝固相为主。

Abstract: N,N′-\[1,3-phenylenebis (methylene)\] bis-P,P,P′,P′-tetraphenyl ester (PNBE) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis (EA), mass spectra (MS), infrared spectroscopy (IR), and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). PNBE was introduced into epoxy resins as a flame retardant by solution casting. PNBE of 5 % could increase the limit oxygen index to 31.8 %, and the flame retardant grade was V-0 level. It worked in both condensed and gas phases but mainly followed the condensed phase mechanism.
