摘要: 研究了异向双螺杆的端面曲线的生成和修正方法,在此基础上实现了基于SolidWorks API的异向双螺杆参数化设计和三维建模,为进一步进行有限元分析、计算机模拟奠定了基础。使异向双螺杆三维建模更简便,提升了工作效率。

Abstract: In this paper, an investigation was performed on the formation and correction method of the cross section curves of counter-rotating twin screws with two tips. The parametrical design and 3D modeling of counter-rotating twin screws were conducted by using SolidWorks API on the basis of this investigation. This program provided a useful tool for further finite element analysis and computer-aided simulation. This method makes 3D modeling easier for counter-rotating twin screws and thus enhances the operation efficiency.
