一对百叶封头注塑模具设计

Design of Injection Mould for a Pair of Louver Heads

摘要: 通过对百叶封头塑件的工艺分析,确定了注塑模具的总体结构,详细介绍了模具各主要系统零件的设计过程。该模具1模2腔,侧浇口进料,采用斜导柱侧向抽芯机构,内、外形采用镶件成型。结果表明,该模具结构合理,动作运行可靠,塑件品质满足要求。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the louver head part, the overall structure of an injection mold was designed. The mold was featured with a module containing two cavities, a side fees gate, and a side core-pulling mechanism of the slanted guide pillar. The inner and outer were formed by assembled blocks. The mold structure was prove reasonable, the operation was reliable, and the quality of plastic parts met requirements.
