阻燃、抗静电聚酰胺6柱靴的研制

摘要: 采用直接掺混聚酰胺6、阻燃母粒、抗静电母粒和使阻燃剂、抗静电剂涂饰在柱靴的外表面形成一层坚固的不易磨损的浸附层。用2种工艺分别制备了2种不同的改性聚酰胺6柱靴,研究了2种柱靴的阻燃性能、抗静电性能与力学性能。结果表明,直接掺混法制备的柱靴的上表面电阻为2.1×106Ω,下表面电阻为6.4×106Ω,单个试样有焰燃烧时间均在1 s以下、无焰燃烧时间均在10 s以下,符合我国煤矿井下用非金属材料安全标准,但其在平压实验中,加压到100 kN 时即被压碎,不符合柱靴的力学性能要求;涂饰浸附层法制备的柱靴的上表面电阻为8.3×106Ω,下表面电阻为3.2×107Ω,单个试样有焰燃烧时间均在2 s以下,无焰燃烧时间均在12 s以下,且能通过抗压试验,该柱靴同时达到阻燃、抗静电和力学性能指标的要求,可应用于煤矿井下。

Abstract: Polyamide6 pole shoe was prepared via two methods: (1) Using a blend of polyamide6 with masterbatches of fire retardant and antistatic agent;(2) Coating fire retardant and antistatic agents on the surface polyamide6 pole shoe. Fire retardant, antistatic, and mechanical properties of the pole shoe were studied. The pole shoe prepared via blending method gave rise to outside and inside surface resistance of 2.1×106Ω and 6.4×106Ω, burning times with and without flame 1 s and 10 s, respectively. However, its compressive strength was poor. The corresponding properties by coating method were 8.3×106Ω, 3.2×107Ω, 2 s, and 12 s, with the compressive strength obviously improved.
