摘要: 采用新一代有机磷阻燃剂CJ100220 %玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)进行阻燃改性,研究了CJ1002PBT复合材料力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。实验表明,当CJ1002含量为18 %(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料的拉伸强度与弯曲强度变化不大,冲击强度下降33 %,氧指数达到30.1 %,阻燃级别VO;在以上体系中加入CTI协效剂后,材料力学性能与阻燃性能下降,相比漏电起痕指数(CTI)值上升.CTI协效剂含量为2 %时,CTI值最高值为600 V,当CTI协效剂含量为1 %时,材料的综合性能最好。

Abstract: The influence of an organic phosphorus flame retardant (CJ1002) on the mechanical properties and the flame-retardancy of Glass fiber (20wt%) reinforced polybutylece terephthalate (PBT) was investigated. When the content of the CJ1002 was 18wt%the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composite changed a littleimpact strengh decreased by 33%the oxygen index reached to 30.1%and the flame retandant grade was V0. When 2 wt% of CTI synergists was introduced in PBT/GF compositionthe comparative tracking index(CTI) reached the maximum of 600V, however, the mechanical properties and flame-retardancy decreased. When the CTI synergists content was 1 wt%the optimal comprehensive properties were observed.
