利用计算机Pro/E软件设计歧管式片材机头研究

摘要: 采用Pro/E软件进行挤出片材歧管式模具的设计,并采用该软件中的插件-塑料顾问(Plastic Advisor)分析模拟了歧管形状和扇形高度的变化对物料在模具中流动状态的影响,得到最佳的设计参数为歧管末端直径5~10 mm,扇形区高度为2 mm;同时利用传统的计算公式对所设计的歧管式模具结构进行核对,证明该设计是合理可行的,对实际挤出模具的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract: A manifold-type extrusion sheet mould was designed based on the Pro/E software. In order to get the optimized parameters, an insert "Plastic Advisor"was used to analyze the effect of the manifold shape and the sector size on the flowing state in the mould. It was found that the optimal end diameter of the manifold was XX mm and the optimal fan-shaped area height was 2 mm. These values were agree with those obtained from traditional calculations
