摘要: A hot runner injection mould for bottle lids was designed based on CAD/CAE. The top-center of the lid was selected as the gate location. A set of optimal parameters was determined via molding window analysis, i.e., mold temperature 60 ℃, melt temperature 220 ℃, and injection time 0.4 s. The key issues in the design of the hot runner system, the structure and movement principle of sequential demoulding mechanism were introduced in details. The effects of injection pressure and clamp force on the filling quality were examined to improve the design.
