CAE技术在电热水壶外壳注塑模设计中的应用

摘要: 借助CAE技术设计了哈夫结构的电热水壶注塑模。通过最佳浇口位置分析并结合制件结构,确定了在制件顶端采用两点进胶方式;通过成型窗口分析确定了制件成型工艺参数组合为:模温45 ℃、料温235 ℃、注射时间1 s;通过充填分析查看了制品充填的品质及注射压力、锁模力的需求;通过冷却分析优化了冷却系统的布置。最后基于CAE分析结果进行了模具的总体结构设计。实践表明,CAE技术的应用能提高模具设计的合理性及效率,产品质量较高。

Abstract: An injection mould for covers of electric kettle was developed based on CAE technology in this paper. Two gate locations were determined by best gate location analysis. The optimal processing parameters were determined by the molding windows analysis as mold temperature 45℃, melt temperature 235℃, and injection time 1 s. The filling quality of the cover was examined after the filling process so as to adjust the injection pressure and the clamp force. The layout of cooling system was also optimized. Practical injection proved that CAE technology can be used to ensure the reasonable and efficiency of mold design, and high quality products can be obtained.
