百叶窗用3种异形塑件注塑模具设计

Design of Injection Mould for Three Different Shapes of Shutter

摘要: 通过对百叶三样塑件的结构特征分析,给出了注塑模设计结构,介绍了注塑模各系统结构设计。该模具采用一模三腔,即一次成型三个不同形状的百叶塑件,侧抽芯机构采用斜导柱带动滑块抽芯,型芯、型腔采用镶件结构,浇口形式为侧浇口,推出系统采用推杆推出。实践表明,该模具结构设计合理,动作准确可靠,加工成本降低,塑件质量良好,完全能够满足要求。

Abstract: A injection mold was designed which could mold three different shutter parts in one injection run. An inclined pillar slide block core-pulling mechanizm, inserted and core and cavity structure, and a side flow gate were employed. Practice use showed that the mold was reasonably designed, and worked smoothly and reliably. Using this mold, the manufacture cost was reduced, the quality of the product was guaranteed.
