汽车风箱左盖注塑模设计

Design of Injection Molds for Cars′ Airtank-lefts

摘要: 根据汽车风箱左盖的结构特点,对其注塑模具的热流道和13处侧向抽芯机构进行了设计,重点分析和研究了浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、定距分型机构、冷却系统和脱模系统。结果表明,模具结构先进合理,安全可靠,塑件品质完全达到各项试验要求。

Abstract: According to the structure characteristics of cars′ left lids of air tanks, an injection mold with hot runners and 13 side core-pulling mechanism was designed. The gating system, the side core-pulling mechanism, given-distance parting mechanism, cooling system, and release system were analyzed and studied. The mold structure was advanced and reasonable, safe and reliable, the quality of plastic parts fully met the requirements of test.
