弯式尾部接头注塑模具设计

摘要: 根据弯式尾部接头较特殊的结构,设计了两瓣侧滑块凹模成型塑件外形、组合式动、静模镶件成型塑件内形、脱料板推出塑件的注塑模具。开模时,斜导柱带动两侧滑块凹模侧向分型、动静模镶件沿开模方向抽出的动作过程;合模时,一对特殊工艺键和锁紧楔锁住两侧滑块,有效防止多余飞边产生,保证制品质量。设计的模具侧向分型和锁模机构方式新颖,简化了模具结构,工作可靠。

Abstract: According to the special structure of the curved tail joint parts, an injection mold was designed. The outer shape of the plastic part was formed by two fitting side sliding blocks, and the inner shape formed by combinedtype dynamic and static inserts, and the plastic parts were pushed out by a pushing board. During mold opening, the side sliding blocks parting was realized by the inclined pillars, simultaneously the dynamic and static inserts were drawn out in the direction of mould opening. When the mould was closed, both sides of the slide dies were locked by a pair of special technical keys and locking wedge, and the burrs were effectively prevented, the quality of product was guaranteed. The drive system of side parting and corepulling mechanism simplified the mould structure, making the operation of the mold reliable.
