滑块设置推出机构的注塑模设计

Design of Injection Moulds with Ejection Mechanism Set in Slider Block

摘要: 为避免注塑件在脱模时粘附在滑块上,在滑块上设置了推出机构。以奶瓶手柄塑件为例,通过分析奶瓶手柄的结构特点和成型工艺,设计了奶瓶手柄注塑模,介绍了模具结构与工作过程,重点阐述了哈夫滑块设置推出机构、强制脱模机构和冷却系统的设计。实验表明,滑块设置推出机构有利于塑件的脱模并能保证塑件的品质。

Abstract: In order to prevent the molded part from sticking to the slider block, an ejection mechanism was set in the slider block. Taking the molded part of feeding bottle handle as an example, an injection mould was designed according to the analysis of the structure characteristics and processing technology of this part. The mould structure and its working process were introduced. The ejection mechanism set in half slider blocks, the forced demoulding mechanism and the cooling system were illustrated in detail. It was proved that the ejection mechanism set in slider was adequate for demoulding and was helpful to the quality of molded parts.
