茶饮杯螺旋底盖侧抽芯热流道注塑模设计

Design of Injection Molds with Core-pulling Mechanism and Hot Runner Systems for Screwed-bowl-covers

摘要: 基于茶饮分离杯螺旋底盖的结构及工艺要求,设计了外侧抽芯热流道注塑模。根据该模具的设计过程,侧重对模具的工作原理、成型零件、热流道浇注系统、外侧抽芯机构、顶出机构及冷却系统进行设计计算。 实际生产表明,该模具结构合理、生产效率高、产品质量优。

Abstract: An injection mold for a teacup with a screwedcover was designed using a sidecorepulling mechanism and a hot runner system. The hot runner system, outside corepulling mechanism, ejection system, and cooling system were designed based on sophistical calculation. The mold displayed a high efficiency in production.
